As the warmth of summer settles over us, nature enters its period of richest growth. Spring rain gives way to summer sun, making room for the quiet, steady process of ripening. Our in-person communities also require loving attention and tender care. Please join us as we focus on maturing our relationships, deepening our roots, and learning what it truly means to tend to our collective well-being.
This summer, we invite you to step away from the noise of the modern world and join us on August 7-9, 2026 for a unique three-day social gathering dedicated to exploring a vital question for our time: What is social health, and how do we harvest its bounty to nourish our souls?
Insights from Our Keynote Speaker
We are profoundly grateful to announce our keynote speaker for this gathering. Dr. Lakshmi Prasanna, renowned Anthroposophical physician and international lecturer. With a wealth of wisdom that partners medical insight with spiritual science, Dr. Lakshmi will guide our reflections, helping us conceptualize how to cultivate social health in our modern daily lives.
3 Days of Grounding and Nourishing
This 3-day gathering will be a deliberate act of mending our social fabric. Intended for those who are interested in the path forged by Rudolf Steiner, during this event we will find renewal together through intentional community and shared spiritual growth.
This gathering is designed as a sanctuary for the whole human being. We will spend our time nourishing the senses, grounding the nervous system, and lifting the spirit. Over the course of three days, we will experience:
Shared Meals: Breaking bread together as a foundation for genuine community.
Artistic Renewal: Engaging in singing, movement, and creative projects to harmonize our collective energy.
The Art of Becoming Present: Dedicating time for us to practice self-quieting techniques, deep observation, and artistic contemplation.
External Therapies: Exploring somatic experiences that allows the inner work to flourish.
Together, we will dispel the myths that challenge our social health. Come and spend time fostering genuine human connection, away from the algorithms and digital platforms that promote division.

Healthy communities do not happen by accident; they require a willingness to get our hands dirty in the metaphoric (and literal) soil of life. When we slow down enough to listen to one another, to sing together, and to study together, we begin to bear the true fruits of social connection. An Inner Course of Development: deepening the Anthroposophic approach to Waldorf Education
Inspired by the program Lakshmi Prasanna, MD, Inner Work was created for teachers, healers, and parents. We initiated workshops in India to bring into practice the foundational ideas of spiritual scientific inquiry. Returning to Steiner’s observation in The Roots of Education that an "inner course of development will be the correct method of training educators, and not only teachers, but those others who have so much to contribute to educational work—the doctors" continues to be a cornerstone for this way of working with Waldorf pedagogy.
All donations, tuition, and fees paid to Inner Work are applied to workshop expenses, travel costs and facilitators. We are truly grateful for our Inner Work family and look forward to building this organization, so we can better serve the people that this work is meant for.

As Inner Work grows, we invite you to events that gather us together in the spirit of community and togetherness.
